2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide by completing the newsletter form (name and email address), browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site) and data from the cookies you accept via our consent banner.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you the Kandrivi newsletter with updates on real estate projects in Bolivia, to analyse site usage, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and contact you when you request it. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects without your consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, on the pre-contractual relationship initiated when you subscribe, on our legitimate interest in improving the site, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable in Bolivia.
5. Retention
We keep your data while you remain subscribed to the newsletter and for the periods required by Bolivian law. You can request removal at any time by writing to hola@kandrivi.com.
6. Recipients

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic audits. No system is fully invulnerable; nevertheless, we work to minimise the risks.
