Kandrivi provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia and allows visitors to subscribe to an informational newsletter. The site does not constitute a public offering of securities or personalised investment advice.

3. Requirements for use

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Bolivia, and provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information when completing the subscription form.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs and code published on kandrivi.com are owned by Kandrivi S.R.L. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
